As a Project Manager, manage the strategy and budget to shape marketing and business activities for optimal performance. Build on your technical software background and customer communication skills to maintain a comprehensive plan while interacting with various stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

- Manage software projects in in-vehicle embedded systems
- Lead and motivate local project team
- Plan and report work package progress to customers and global -program management
- Set targets and milestones with customers and track project progress
- Manage cost budget, schedule, functionality/quality, and risk management
- Plan and monitor projects within budget, quality, and time
- Work in agile environment and support continuous improvement of development processes
- Responsible for customer satisfaction regarding the project

Requirements                           

- University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics or similar
- Experience in project management and related methods
- Experience in leading software projects and related methods
- Experience in automotive software development
- Experience in analyzing customer requirements and creating proposals
- Experienced in agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Highly skilled in organization, planning, and persuasion
- Open-minded individual who thrives in a multicultural atmosphere
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
