Summary

A unique opportunity to join a luxury German automaker finance company has recently opened.
With plans to move forward with next generation technology, they are looking for professionals to join the team. 

Responsibilities

The Sales Planning Department is mainly responsible for planning, implementation, and payment of various measures, as well as reporting on sales performance, general payment and reporting of sales results. You will be leading this team.

- Overall management of the Sales Planning Department, including margin and new applications (value/volume) for company brands, in order to achieve company targets.

- Regarding new products sales rollout, progress overall operations and post-launch KPI analysis, including system setup, creation of explanatory/product overview materials, online distribution, etc.

- Development of interest rate initiatives and dealer incentive programs with the best plan to meet the business case in consultation with all parties involved by analyzing the current status of the program.

- Prepare regular reports with high reliability and analytical results. Preparation of materials for both internal and external meetings.

- Customer retention management and operations. Analyze KPIs & data to retain existing customers within the group, propose and implement action plans. Propose and implement KPI, data analysis and action plans to retain existing customers within the group.

- Frequent/continuous information exchange and collaborate with our sales team and the Japan sales team to understand the market and dealer trends as well as developing improvement plans to achieve the target.

- Prior sharing and collaboration with the management team from the initial planning stage through to approval.

- Efficient resource management. Promotion of innovations in the Sales Planning Department.

- Compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements                           

–At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas : sales planning, corporate planning, or controller
–Team management experience leading a wide range of topics and personnel
–Business level English (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
–Ability to think and act positively and take initiative and challenges in VUCA world.
–Strong communication skills in presentations and negotiations.
–Ability to understand market and dealer conditions to create, evaluate, and implement business plans.
–Understanding of accurate data and facts, logical thinking, and strong analytical and insight skills.
