Summary
Join a luxury automotive brand known for safety and play a critical role in providing the best customer experience by streamlining the processes to get the vehicles into the hands of their customers.
Responsibilities
Deliver the best customer experience with high quality of everyday operation.
Manage all administration role related to customer treatment and sales and Lead retail order, retail delivery management
- Document preparation for delivery
- Tax, Governmental incentives and other necessary information update
- Manage/operate subscription contract and cancellation
- Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Build best collaboration with retailers to secure high quality of customer treatment as our agent
- Support offer and process development for future business development
Requirements
・Experience in manager role in a retail company
・Experience working in a customer facing type roles
・high level of communication in both English and Japanese
・Preferrable to have technical knowledge in addition to car sales and administration knowledge
