Responsibilities

Observance of the agreed agile methodology
Support the Feature Teams and Product Owner regarding practical implementation
Realization of transparency regarding sprint results (mandatory artefacts) incl. the status (documentation, Releases)
Ensure correct documentation as well as the interaction of roles and responsibility in the roles
Lead audits with regards to our development process to external and internal auditors. Ensure also compliance with ISO standards incl. suggesting change of our process to be compliant.

Requirements                           

Bachelor's degree or further with an IT specialisation.
Advanced skill for communication, documentation, analytics, problem solving, and vender management
10+ years in corporate IT position
5+ years in IT Design, Build
3+ years in Automotive company/ wholesale/ retail company
Sounding experience in Agile framework: Scrum, Kanban and other related concepts (LEAN, SAFE, KISS,…)
Proven record to use JIRA and Confluence efficiently to manage multiple teams and report to higher management.
Native Japanese language skill - written and verbal High Business English communication skill
