Summary

Main Goals ＆ Objective:
The purpose is to manage purchasing team and its tasks to ensure the compliance to the
company regulation of purchase and RFA and to optimize the purchasing costs and explore
the potential cost saving opportunities. 

Responsibilities

・設定された目標に対するコスト削減のモニタリング
・他の部署、およびグローバル本社の購買部門との連携
・会社の購買規則への準拠の確認
・購買コストの最適化
・コスト削減の可能性を探る
・サプライヤーの評価
・チームのマネジメント

Requirements                           

・ピープルマネジメント経験（KPI設定、チームモチベーション、部下の勤怠管理など）：3年以上
・調達経験（間接購買が望ましい）：最低3年 3-5年
・予算管理経験
・言語 ネイティブ/高いビジネスレベルの日本語＋ビジネスレベルの英語
・交渉力、複数のステークホルダー（購買チーム、CFO、APAC購買、ドイツ本社）間の窓口としての高いコミュニケーション能力
・ 購買責任者としての戦略的マインドセット、好奇心、積極性
