Responsibilities
Service Advisor
- Vehicle inspections
- Interact with customers and increase customer satisfaction
- Achieve service goals
- Accidents and breakdowns investigation
- Inventory control
- Warranty claim investigation
- Promote and sell warranties, tires and insurances
- Customer Claim Interaction
- Find points of improvement in the team
Mechanic
- Vehicle inspections and car maintenance
- Interaction with customers and explain them technical issues
- Reporting on failures, breakdowns and other quality problems; damage diagnosis
- Find points of improvement in the team
Requirements
Service Advisor
- 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic or service advisor
- Drivers license
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, PPT, EXCEL, WORD)
- Experience of training junior staff
- Native Japanese
Mechanic
- 1-3 years of experience as a mechanic
- Auto mechanic license 2nd grade or higher (自動車整備士2級)
- Drivers License
- At least Intermediate Japanese proficiency (JLPT N4-N3)
