Summary

Support one of the biggest automotive corporations in the world with marketing activities for their brand-line-up and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dealer marketing function and work with the Marketing Director to develop strategies to promote and strengthen brands

expansion on the market at regional level.

• Manage a team of 6 people working under all areas of field marketing: CRM, Sales promotion, Regional & dealers marketing

• Consolidate operations into one clear direction and strategy while Identifying levers to improve customer acquisition, conversion and

retention across all regional marketing operations

• Increase brand awareness in the country through efficient field communication and become the company Spokesperson for dealers

network on marketing and brand topics.

• Along with marketing brands teams devise strategy and execute plans for ATL, BTL and digital marketing. Take ownership of all the

campaigns so that they achieve their targeted ROI at regional level.

• Apply strategic marketing experience in advising dealers on activities, campaigns, events, based on their potential benefit and ROI

• Work with external partners – agencies and platforms within the Dealers Marketing Office to develop and ensure all campaigns at

regional level are properly planned, operated and tracked towards their clear business objectives and KPI contribution

• Build & manage dealer digital footprints & performance (websites, advertising, leads management, SNS and reputation etc.). Address

strong and weak areas and dealers and associated action plans

• Develop and deploy all field related tools (POS material, campaigns, DM/eDM documents etc) to support efficient dealer level brand

communication deployment and sales operations.

• Devise and deploy for all brands CRM tools and strategies, from marketing cloud management to detailed contact plans and associated

material

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• 6+ years’ experience in marketing and campaigns deployments, digital communication and all associated skillset

• Knowledge of CRM activities, lead generation and management, social media, digital advertising and sales, data analysis and marketing

metrics etc.

• Native Japanese level and Business English

• Experience in retail business, outlet level marketing, and auto industry are all plus.

• Strategic thinking and vision: Able to consolidate all aspects of field marketing into one clear and coherent direction for the company

and its brands

• Exemplary communication skills: role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal (marketing and sales

department) and external (agencies, dealers, Asia Pacific region) stakeholders

• Capacity to empathize with the needs and experiences of gemba: dealers retail Network and their operations

• Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of varied and multiple projects and deliverables. Capacity to anticipate and

propose solutions to strategic issues, and keep all activities on track with evolving needs

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines.

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented and positive attitude

• Passion and substantial understanding of retail business operations is a serious plus
