Job Description
Summary
Contribute to the Company business and to the success of each Brand through the activities related to the Product. Responsible for the strategy, planning, launching and the life cycle of the product on the market, in close relation with the HQs
Responsibilities
• Establish and implement proper strategies for responsible products
• Drive cross departmental projects for new product launches
• Coordinate local product development with alignment with local or/and global suppliers
• Product planning for existing, limited, and future products (Price, volume, spec and equipment)
• Propose and get the approvals for new product actions
• Request and follow up long-term product requirement with the HQs
• In charge for the communication to the Sales network regarding product related topics (by letter, phone, and presentation in conference)
• Prepare production order
• Collect, analyze and share automotive market intelligence (e.g. price, volume, spec, equipment, customer demography and industry trend)
• Support marketing communication activities with strategic inputs on each product contributing to the holistic development of the communication
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10 + year experience in product marketing in automotive, 4-wheeled vehicle products
• Fluent English and Japanese
• Driver’s License
• Good knowledge of automotive market, especially import car markets a great plus
• Microsoft office skills
• CRM experience is a great plus
• Management and Leadership Skills; Eager to achieve the target in time; work under pressure.
• Knowledge and skills to manage and influence activities within and outside FCAJ.
• Passionate, self- motivated, flexible, and adaptable to change, Team player with good self-management skill
