Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and manage the enterprise sales team
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
• Identify opportunities for business expansion in new verticals/industries.
• Analyze market potential and target high value new business
• Personally engage in the acquisition of key prospects
• Take full responsibility for the sales cycle, from prospecting to launch of the campaigns
• Support account management team in managing client relationships
• Factor revenue and margins, retention of sales team
Requirements
• Sales and team management experience
• Understanding of the Japanese digital and performance marketing landscape, with strong knowledge of local working cultures and strong business relationships
• Understanding of retargeting and programmatic buying
• Ability to forecast and build sales plans
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements, and create solutions from communication with customers
• Strong influential ability and negotiation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to develop the business
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
