Summary
Join one of the most famous automotive dealer groups in Japan as a Sales Specialist/Consultant for premium brands and contribute to the success of the company.
Responsibilities
• Sales activities for new and used cars from our lineup to archive monthly sales targets, including customer service, aftersale-care and contract supervision.
• Dealing with customer inquiries through personal interaction, mail or telephone.
• Use of marketing tools to improve customer satisfaction and build up brand image and history.
• Manage order system and customer database.
• Coordinate with used-car department to manage and negotiate trade-ins.
• Understand the contents of their financial car products and propose loans and leases based on it.
Requirements
• Experience working in Sales in premium car industry or luxury goods industry
• Leadership experience, strong communication skills and analytical understanding.
• English skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office and project management tool skills.
• Need to have a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively.
• High commitment towards the role, carry out work scope with entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
