Job Description


Be a part of a widely recognized automotive manufacturer working dedicatedly to on the brand marketing for a well-known automotive brand.




  • Department management is overall responsible for the product management, marketing and brand strategy of the company.
  • Responsible for the brand goals and product management towards the global organization, National Sales Company(NSC) CEO and all relevant NSC departments.
  • Manages the brand and increases the brand value and strength through development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy.
  • Collaborates with other divisions (Aftersales, Financial Service, Sales) for creation of joint Marketing activities.
  • Support dealer’s marketing activities with an effective marketing strategy.
  • Manages and guides the team to achieve set objectives and sales (New Car, Used Car, Corporate sales), profit and brand targets.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

  • 効果的なマーケティング戦略でディーラーのマーケティング活動をサポートする。
  • チームを管理および指導して、設定された目標と売上(新車、中古車、企業売上)、利益、ブランド目標を達成する。
  • 社内外のブランドアンバサダーとしての役割を果たす。

  • Plans the annual marketing communication, dealer marketing and event marketing strategy.
  • Plans and executes communication campaigns and measures, events and experiential marketing measures for all related business areas (new cars, used cars, corporate sales) in accordance with the CI guidelines.
  • Develops and realizes sponsoring and cooperation formats according to central guidelines
  • Works closely with the Sales team and dealers to ensure marketing measures support retail targets.
  • Guides field force and dealers in brand topics and dealer marketing communication.
  • Collaborates with other business areas (Financial Service, Aftersales). 
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for the brand (internal and external).
  • Ensures efficient spending of marketing budget.
  • Ensure achievement of annually set KPIs.
  • Manages, guides and develops a team with more than 8 members and 4 agencies.
  • Joint development of the global communication strategy and Campaigns



  • Managerial experience (preferable within a multinational company)
  • Marketing generalist experience with good product knowledge and affinity
  • Experience in the automotive industry (sales, marketing) would be beneficial
  • University degree, preferable in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Fluent command of English and Japanese
  • Strong Leadership in international work environment
  • People management experience
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and good understanding of the Japanese business environment
  • A strong and opinionated team player with good communication skills
  • High affinity to digital marketing
