職務内容

Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Director of the Japan entity this position would be to oversee the customer journey with a focus on the actual outstanding experience at dedicated events as well as dealer showroom / dealer-oriented events and community activities. Supporting with CRM related activities you will also develop marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and loyalty management. It will be important to understand and monitor digital marketing activities and digital and social media marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

Events Management

  • Plan, develop, organize and implement experiential marketing activities/events (ex. Customer Test drive event at circuit / GT touring event, etc.) and also organize customer engaging event (Year-end private dinner) to strengthen the bonding with customer
  • Support Marketing Director to develop, organize, and implement national marketing activities/events (ex. Brand anniversary events, Party, Japan Premiere launch event, etc.)
  • Selecting event targets and manage invitations
  • Evaluate results of each marketing activity; conduct post-event analysis based on the characteristics of the Brand
  • Control the budget while delivering the highest quality in line with brand positioning

Dealer Events Management

  • In close cooperation and direction of the Marketing Manager, cascade the retail marketing strategy to dealers to achieve commercial objectives; work across all dealer levels/departments to align strategy and resources
  • Attend and provide assistance for dealer events to monitor and ensure strict compliance to corporate identity and communication guidelines to protect brand image
  • Oversee daily events management by dealers in reviewing each event marketing plan, budgets and targets, and detailed execution plans as planning sheet with creative images
  • Review and direct detailed dealer event post-analysis report by working with dealer Marketing team and management
  • Work with Marketing Manager to review dealers’ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly management marketing KPI and plan reports
  • Frequent dealer visits for support, coaching and progress monitoring and to have a strong sense of “reality” inside dealership and local markets
  • Manage and develop a Client/prospect in-store community, through daily activities and specific events

CRM

  • Acquaint proficiency with in company CRM tool; work with Marketing Manager and regional / global HQ to supervise the Dealer in accurate usage to gain commercial benefits and increase customer satisfaction (global CSI benchmark)
  • In close cooperation and direction to external CRM agency, analyze and segment CRM data of dealers to assist sales teams and dealers on prospect conversion tactics and customer loyalty
  • Updating Leads/Customer sections in the CRM after each event at dealers
  • Develop events and or activities based on the logic of Customers clusters to maximize Customer engagement
  • Support Marketing Manager to provide training to dealers for correct CRM usage and frequent updates, pursue CRM KPI of dealers

Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns of dealers to retain and engage current Clients and future Clients
  • Fully utilize digital marketing in terms of customer journey enhancement and come up with various digital event ideas to bring to life customer experience
  • Oversee the Dealer website content of events, direct and administrate to ensure that dealers to maintain and update social media as relevant within guidelines

Co-marketing Activities

  • Lead dealers on local level co-marketing initiatives with partners and sponsors
  • Vendor, Agencies, Supplier Management
  • Support Marketing Director to select, evaluate and manage event vendors, agencies and suppliers to ensure the most effective deliveries and event execution in a cost efficient and timely manner

Budget Management

  • As a public company, follow and take full accountability for strict vendor selection, purchase order (PO) and approval process
  • Negotiate with vendors for the highest quality and performance execution, while minimizing our economic contribution by leveraging the brand

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, English or related disciplines;
  • Exposure to an international work environment, and/or experience abroad is an advantage
  • Experienced brand marketing events in the management of project with the most efficient way working with external vendor/agency
  • Knowledge and experience in digital and social media marketing includes basic analysis skills
  • Able to build up and maintain good relationships with dealers and agencies
  • Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive, with an outgoing - personality and strong team spirit
  • Well-organized and flexible in the face of change, with a strong drive for success
  • Able to perform under constant pressure as well as work independently when supervisor is absent
  • Preference for candidates that have experience in brand marketing in luxury industry of world class leading companies
  • Must possess excellent oral and written Japanese and English language skills
  • PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment) and knowledge of excel; able to prepare and communicate clear analysis, strategy, and recommendations via reports and presentations for management and HQ
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel (more than 30% travel is required).
