Leads innovative programs and initiatives to drive increased sales through/Customer Programs (pull) and option packaging and incentive (push) programs.
Creates effective value propositions & stories to continuously sell the value of company to our OEM customer through demonstrations, presentations, and events.
Manages the execution initiatives based on overarching marketing plan.
Develops internal customer “brand champions” in Marketing, Product Planning, and Sales who deeply understand and value the relationship with company to the point where they become internal advocates for our brand(s).
Working with agency partners, creates all marketing assets to support marketing programs and sales activities for customer account.
Effectively manage agency partners and project budgets in the execution of all marketing programs.
Event planning and implementation
Close and continuous communications with global Marketing and Sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Business, or Communication) preferred
7+ years of experience as a dedicated Marketer
Car Audio/Consumer Audio experience a plus
Native Japanese and Business Level English
Highly organized and results driven
Self-Starter, highly pro-active, Hands-On
Experience of planning / conducting mid/large scale events is a plus
Passion for music and Automotive B2B experience is welcomed
