Integration lead will be key member representing IT while working closely with business and partners to achieve transformation goals.

Integration lead will:

• Be the Local IT integration Lead for DMS project to start with. Later on would manage others regional / central project rollout in Japan.
• Would acquire detailed understanding of all processes required for Customer and Dealer journeys.
• Responsible/participate in creation of target integration architecture with data lifecycle and migration strategy.
• Collaborate with other markets and the central team leveraging best practices for system implementation.
• Communicate, align and implement IT strategy to the business and partners.
• Establish regular communication between business, partners and local/central IT by preparing regular status updates on budget. service provisioning, projects and Audit.

Requirements                           

• University degree
• 10+ years in corporate IT position.
 - 5+ years in Process IT , Design , build & operations .
- 3+ years in financial services/ wholesale/ retail company.
Preferred technical skills:
 - Technologies: Database Integration , Quality , Cloud (any), API, Security
 - Process: ITIL, Scrum, Kanban
Others:
- Very good understanding of business processes and application system solutions (Financial Services/ Automotive/ Wholesale/ Retail business).
- Advanced level business English and business Japanese communication skill
- Excellent problem-solving/ conflict management skills along with good documentation, proposal, and communication skills.
- Experienced on answering audits (internal & external) and ISO certification.

-Manage end to end warehouse operation efficiently and effectively at RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) to secure parts business.
-Manage local transportation nationwide for both outbound from RDC and return from dealers.
-Manage Dealer care team which is contact window for inquiries/requests from dealers for Parts.
-Responsible for steering warehouse and local transportation to the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
-Proactively motivate the team to improve any operations in terms of quality, time and cost.
-Steering logistics operation within agreed logistics budget.
-Main player for various projects especially in liaison between AG and local team.
-Control every service providers in the daily operation and lead them to achieve the operation without any delay/error.
-In case of service provider error, adjust necessary countermeasures and solve such issues.

Requirements                           

・University degree
・At least 5 years experiences in Logistics Business of automotive parts (Warehouse and Transportation)
・At least 5 years experiences in Leadership experience and Project Management
・3+ years experiences in Quality Management
・Logistics knowledge and management skills of Warehouse and Transport (parts logistics preferable).
・Negotiation, Communication, Organizing and Strategic thinking skills.
・Advanced level of PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SAP).
・English skills (written and spoken)

CBS Integration Lead will:
