A premium Germany automobile financial services firm seeking a team member passionate about marketing, open to new ways of thinking and technologies, that likes to drive topics and projects in line with a highly diverse team and several skills based working groups.
-Manage the production of marketing assets (DM/eDM - including NSP scenario management), paper materials, website/digital contents, in-App communication, portal site management, whilst enabling and managing efficiency of existing Sales Funnel touchpoints and driving a coherent communication in line with other departments.
-Plan and support the execution of company-wide digital roll-out and migration projects
-Increase traffic and sign-ups to digital touchpoints along the Sales Funnel
-Develop and maintain automated eDM Campaigns / scenarios, implement PDCA processes to achieve the set KPI’s on market and region level
-Lead and support new CRM ramp-up and activity, including manual/automated customer data transfer between systems. Focus on data quality and dealer support/communication and personalized communication enablement.
-Organize events (conferences, seminars, receptions) for group brands owner trip and exhibitions supported by group
-Fulfil requests around sales analytics, marketing research, brand strategy, retention and dealer training.
-Brand and communication strategy development, persona analysis and demography development for further efficient and effective marketing communication
-PDCA steering of Marketing KPIs and monitoring competitor activity to achieve the set KPIs on market and region level.
-Manage marketing/travel agencies/vendors with clear scope of work, concise briefing and adequate communication to have highest outputs and effects.
-Manage budget, approval and payment flows within company and towards the vendors
-Analyze and enhance performance of marketing campaigns to suggest and implement improvements. Manage respective marketing KPI dashboards.
-Analyze customer feedback and NPS result and propose improvement plan with other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
-Assure all activities are legally compliant and audit-proof.
-Advanced marketing skills and knowledge
-Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think and connect the dots, ask the right questions and put yourself in the position of other stakeholders to maximize the quality and speed of target achievement / expected outcome.
-Strong communication skills to liaise with both external and internal stakeholders.
-Thorough understanding of data visualization, data analytics tools and CRM.
-Ability to collaborate cross functionally and act as team player in a highly diverse environment.
-Excellent command of Business English. Japanese Native.
-MS office, data analysis tools, basic understanding about Marketing technology (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics)
-Experience in digital marketing and communication business.
-Automotive business and marketing agency experience is always a plus. Good understanding of financial services business and automotive industry in Japan.
